History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kelter grew up listening to his father's many stories. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Meriele lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
