He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

His amber eyes peer out from beneath his top tan hat.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born in a small desert village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Maagog took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sailor.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
