History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Smoking was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: She was born in the west. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: Born in the south to a Spy, Barfa learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Naeris was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Naeris's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people
