Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: The child of a Weaver, who enjoyed hunting, Kipper was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital.
