History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Hunter mother left him crippled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Lavinia will drive conversation. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Lavinia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
