Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair is short and brown. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her first spouse was a Bookbinder, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and doesn't want to be a miner and was forced into it by her family

Description: This late middle aged woman wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination and is in decent physical shape. With bright white hair. She has hazel eyes.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Phann was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Armorer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Armorer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
