History: He was born in the east. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He got into the Crown-heir business at a young age. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Crown-heir.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Paelias grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

She is portly but not overly obese. Her cinnamon fur is heavily combed to the right. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She was born in the east. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
