Description: She wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. She has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her hair is short and red. Her eyes are brown and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Philomena was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Philomena decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
