Description: This younger middle-aged man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Bilbron is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Bilbron lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He carries with him a set of scythes on his belt, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He has dyed his greying purple hair a little too much giving a sharp purple color. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Xappan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and money/treasure

Description: An older woman who prefers to wear flannel, she is not a threatening figure. Her brown hair is braided into rings. Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Nella's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Nella alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of her son

Description: She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. The war was a terrible time for her, and Drenna does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Drenna fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
