History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears an entirely black suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes. Her hair is silver and curly. Her black eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: Bryseis was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bryseis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bryseis. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. A freak accident while working with her Laborer mother left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
