History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He carries with him a set of monstrous two handed axes, each one with a jet on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His brown fur is braided into rings. His yellow eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Spear is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Spear fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Born in the west to a Scribe, Shadow learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Shadow was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Shadow and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she has money and likes to spend it
