History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: The child of a Seamstress, who enjoyed hunting, Paelias was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Halfling compassion; and to clean up the streets
