History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
