History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Phelaia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.
