History: She was born into a rich family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Harann isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Harann lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 66. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and retire the richest man in the west
