She found a children's book about a Human Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Cumpen lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was.
