A true patriot, Tippletoe would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Gifted from a young age, Tippletoe studied abroad. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
