Description: This dark-skinned female wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a nunchaku on her belt. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Ekk is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Ekemon was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ekemon decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
