History: River was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Detective they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Barkeep, and she later adopted a second son.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
