History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He married young, but lost his spouse to brigands. He struck the Mercenary job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it
