Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He dresses like a well dressed Dilettante does. He has styled his red hair well, parting it to the right. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Joser hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a red coat and is in decent physical shape. She has wavy auburn hair. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Portia has worked very hard to control her curse. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thorin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.
