History: He was born into a rich family. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
