Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Skirt was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Through the years after Skirt was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Skirt's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
