History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When Meena reached her early adolescence her Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sellsword and was forced into it by her family.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
