She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: Gifted from a young age, Jheri studied abroad. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a cartwright again
