Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears dull blue sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed warhammer, just in case. She has done her best to style her red hair to look like a famous performer. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Ootah is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Bellfounder. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bellfounder.
