History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Malquis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Malquis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Mumpena was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
