History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Krusk and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Krusk discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Krusk fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Whurdred took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up whip and armor she uses now. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
