History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Gynnie was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gynnie's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Gynnie was born the youngest of three triplets. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
