History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sumnes grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Dee was taken on many hunting expeditions. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
