Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Laucian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Masseuse arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Brewer. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Brewer.
