Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Ruler and was forced into it by her family; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
