History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: She got into the Barber business at a young age. Through the years after Loopmottin was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Loopmottin's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Loopmottin and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and wants to open a new tavern
