History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Detective arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student she started as a Slave Trader, but she got bored and became a Detective. She has worked as a Detective like her father before her.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and balancing his hectic life and new sage responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Millicent enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Millicent was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things.
