History: She was born in a small plains village. Through the years after Ilanis was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Ilanis's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
