History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Frug grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Thamior was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He's also a talented Mortician, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 78. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end her boredom

Description: This tall, slender woman is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. Her blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born in the west. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying west to reunite her family. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and expand her business
