Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Simon took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up axe and armor he uses now. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has decided he is irredeemable

He prefers to carry a falchion, but if one is not available he will default to his glaive. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. The war was a terrible time for him, and Laucian does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Laucian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Cook born in the past three hundred years. Whurdred is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Cook. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He tends to his Seamstress job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts
