Description: An older man who wears a tan costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso, he is not a threatening figure. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Paelias was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Paelias decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
