History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He married young, but lost his spouse to brigands. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Barakas was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. A freak accident while working with his Laborer father left him crippled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
