Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
