History: Gifted from a young age, Carlin studied abroad. Her childhood dream was to be a Barkeep, but she was a colossal failure. During her travels, Carlin and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Carlin discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Carlin fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
