History: Gerald hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Gerald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: Born to a Herbalist, her father struggled to pay the bills. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Millicent grew up listening to her father's many stories. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south.
