History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has achieved small success as a Shipwright.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Nagrette was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and wants to work out more often

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He became a Mayor soon after.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
