History: Meriele was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered brigands who tried to eat her hand. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Meriele was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Mason mother left her crippled. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
