Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Osco embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Osco alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now mingles about in high society.

He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Shepherd job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
