History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: Born in the north to a Mercenary, Rael learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
