History: Born in the east to a Bellfounder, Sumnes learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has worked as a Bellfounder like her father before her.

History: He got into the Scribe business at a young age. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Brottor alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Scribe for hire.

History: Gerbo lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
