History: Berrian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has achieved small success as a Shoemaker.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shoemaker responsibilities is difficult.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ur-Lisak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is wearing a long, violet cloak. Her brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Quelenna is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born in the south. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she seems to be bored by most things
