He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. After a long history of fighting, Richard and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. She has worked as a Bookbinder like her father before her.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
