History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Heather was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Heather's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Heather and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Harbek hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in bastard sword use. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many gnolls want him driven away

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Thea was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants to open a new tavern
